Oganiztions continully struggle to determine which project to move
owrd with and hich project o hold off. What are some of the quantitive
finance tools managrs use when making these decisons?Common quantitative project analysis tools include "Payback Method,
Accounting rate of return, Internal rate of return, Net present Value,
and Profitability Index." Internal rate of return and net present
value are generally considered to be superior techniques because they
consider the time value of money.
An overview of each of these methods is provided at "Session 2:
Project Evaluation and Selection Analysis Techniques" NetTel@Africa
