  • Where are quotations in the Bible concerning the miracles performed by Christ where he said something to the effect that we also could perform such miracles?

    only the apostles had those abilities no one else.

    Here Jesus is talking to his disciples before he sends them off to preach the gospel to the Jews.
    Mark 16:17,18 These signs will accompany those who have believed; in My name they will cast out demons they will speak with new tongues they will pick up serpents and if they drink deadly poison it will not hurt them they will lay hands on the sick and they will recover.
    Mark 16: 9-20 are actually debated whether these verses should be in the bible or if they were added, because the earliest manuscripts of the book of Mark do not have verses 9-20 in them at all.
