Can MAC laptops get viruses?

  • yes on the rare occasion depending on the websites you go to the reason is the O/S it doesn't allow propagation of virus or other harmful programing

  • Macs can receive viruses, but they are difficult to find, because say a nefarious uploader wanted to put a virus on a file, they would put a windows virus, as it could affect a much bigger population of computer users.
