Can you tell me all the types of the snellen chart?

There are so many variations, it is impossible to make a list.
I could probably order 100 charts from 100 suppliers, and they will all be different.
There are digital/TV systems that are used which have the ability to change letters with 1 button touch.
You mentioned the E chart, or better known as the "rolling E" chart since they are faced different directions and you need to point out which direction its facing.
There is an Allen chart which has simple pictograms (pictures) for measuring acuity in kids/toddlers.
Another eye chart with letters if called the ETDRS chart which has certain letters for patients to read similar to the Snellen, but typically used to measure vision in medical research studies.
An internet search for the above would give you better detail.
